Your client stays in your custody

Courts have only begun to decide whether a chat with an AI stays confidential. One federal court has already held that chats with a consumer AI tool were not privileged, in part because the tool's terms let the provider read them.

Verantel can run on a server your firm controls, under your firm's own agreement with the model provider, so nothing about your clients passes through us. That agreement bars training on your clients' words and limits how long the provider keeps them.
